So, I recently started a new job, which is good since I've been out of work since last July. However, the job is third shift. I'm having an interesting time adjusting to this new time shift. Especially my eating schedule. Has anyone else had an experience like this? How did you finally adjust to the 3rd shift lifestyle?
I just don't want my weight loss goal to suffer because of these changes.
