Did I stick to proper portions? Yes, I did. I came in *just* under my lower limit for fat and protein for the day but I stuck to single portions, calories, and carb ranges for the day.
Did I do a morning run or yoga in the morning? No, I did not do my run because the weather was really awful this morning [to the point where I even got a ride to the library from one of the other librarians]. But instead of lazing in bed, I got up and did 25 minutes on the treadclimber instead! So half a point to me!
...you know, I think I *will* keep tally of points and, at the end of the month, get something nice depending on how many points I've earned. Sounds like a good idea to me.
