We had another snow day today so I planned to go to water aerobics this morning and then to Zumba this evening. Now I've been doing water aerobics since June 2012, why today do I forget to bring a towel?
But it actually worked out okay. I went to a class called Master's Strength. (Yes its an odd name.) It's a blend of low impact cardio and strength training. To tell the truth - I loved it! I actually enjoyed it more than my usual Tuesday am Muscle Up class. I'm glad I forgot my towel. The class (size) was small so I hope it's still on the schedule during the summer because I will definitely be there.
