Snow Day 2

We had another snow day today so I planned to go to water aerobics this morning and then to Zumba this evening. Now I've been doing water aerobics since June 2012, why today do I forget to bring a towel?

But it actually worked out okay. I went to a class called Master's Strength. (Yes its an odd name.) It's a blend of low impact cardio and strength training. To tell the truth - I loved it! I actually enjoyed it more than my usual Tuesday am Muscle Up class. I'm glad I forgot my towel. The class (size) was small so I hope it's still on the schedule during the summer because I will definitely be there.

    I love this---and good for you. See? You forgot your towel today because today you were meant to discover Master's Strength. Got to switch it up and spice it up so you don't get bored, right????

    Master's Strength sounds awesome. Wish it were offered locally so I could try it.

    As for water aerobics the local Community Center used to offer water aerobics for seniors (like me) three days a week for free. But for some reason they've closed the pool and can't decide whether to offer the program in the spring when they reopen. Bah. Humbug.
