3 miles 5 minutes Faster!

I finished 3 miles 5 minutes faster than last time! I also hit my highest peak heart rate since I've started using the heart rate monitor! By tomorrow, I will be seriously sore because we will be sitting in a car for at least 4 hours. My legs always cramp after sitting for that long after a good work out the day before.
I was so excited! I noticed that my biggest motivator today was wanting to read. If I don't get a chance to read during the day than I can't wait to work out because I know I'll get to read for at least an hour! If I could, I would make myself wait to read until I worked out. (I used to be able to make myself wait to do any reading until I was working out or in the bath but then I found myself taking longer and longer baths!)
