Wow! Today was my fourth day at the gym this week. For some reason running seemed a little easier today. I would think that I would be exhausted by now, having logged over 79 miles already this week, but I am not. Tired? You bet! But not exhausted. We will see how I feel after I get back from the gym tomorrow though. I am definitely taking my two rest days this weekend. I earned them this week. It was good to get to the gym every day this week, but I think I will go back to my 3x a week next week. It feels less frantic to space out my gym workouts.
Today's 5% challenge question has to do with encouragement and advice on my new habit I want to develop of running outdoors. I can always use encouragement. You guys are the best for improving my morale, and pushing me to work harder. (Not that I could have worked much harder this week. lol) And advice is always welcome... I just can't think of the right questions to ask right now. Though, I do wonder how you carry your house keys while you are running?
Cooper is snoring in my lap as I type this. In fact, I am typing one handed since he is sleeping on my other hand. He is a happy pup since I walked him over 10 miles today. He is a good motivator to get moving and stay moving.
