Late night workout and feeling energetic

I will call this Day 2, since I got back on track with my new workout schedule. The big change is T-Tapp. I love it, I feel stronger after only 1 day. I also did a 2 Mile Power Walk with weights. I really want to track my fitness so I can monitor my progress in pounds and inches down.

I let the morning get away from me without doing my workout. I prefer to do it in the early morning. I didn't wake up early today, so I must have needed the rest more.

I did have my first ever private restorative yoga session in my home today. It was GREAT! I will do this every week. I usually run out of steam by evening and I feel so good tonight that I worked at the computer all evening and then just finished my workout at 9:00PM. WOW! I am confident that the amazing meditative rest I received from the yoga is why I feel so great this evening. Pretty neat!

I ate my 2 shakes and 1 healthy meal today. I had 1 snack and 1 small cappuccino. I am feeling good about having stayed on track. Something I began yesterday with my diet is that I started having my Cleanse for Life drink in the morning and evening. It's the daily cleanse option and I want to remember it consistently for a month to reap the results of it.

I want to do at least 1 mile a day of walking, more when I can work it in. I want to do my 15 minute T-Tapp workout daily, too, until I reach my goal. I may move on to an advanced 45 minute work out at some point but haven't bought it yet. My daughter, who introduced me to T-Tapp says I could do this workout for 90 days to get great results. On really full days, I will at least do Ho-Downs and I really want to discipline myself to do them after every meal. I haven't remembered consistently yet, so by sharing this I will feel more accountable.

I had some amazing breakthroughs again which has been the result of the healing work I do with EFT. Less fear more freedom. I am able to stand firm about my values and create clear boundaries and be direct and honest in my communication. Life is wonderful and I am so grateful for some big shifts in my energy and ability to create meaningful connections.

    I think it is wonderful how incorporating holistic living can help in getting back a healthy life style. I really want to learn about that. I have been thinking of acupuncture and doing juicing.
