Hey Girl! You r 15!!!

Thursday, March 07, 2013

I keep getting a reality check each time I say that my youngest just turn 15! It was her BD last weekend...

I got her a giant red velvet cupcake (yeah not so healthy!) to share with her friends... and a BD cake (red velvet again) to share at home!

... It is March break here and I drove her to the airport last night. She is gone to Quebec city to spend some time with her dad... I have to say, I am very happy that she is back living with me. I am proud of her progress (her report card is the best she has ever received) and how well she adapted to our new life since we got posted last summer. It is never easy to move, especially as a teenager. She is active and taking better care of herself! I like when she gives me a hand preparing meals and doing girly stuff with her.

I wish her a great week... lots of fun and relax time. I will take time for me so I am full of energy for her return.... it the meantime - I miss her, I really do.

(the little surprise she baked for me for Valentine Day - BTW, I love u 2 Mag!)
... and Maggie - if you read my blog : I can't wait to see the picture you took of the dinner you prepared the other night!

P.S. I guess after seeing me taking pictures of my food that both my daughters are copying their mommy!

that's wonderful! I am sitting here with my youngest (who is wide awake at 4:30 in the morning). He's 1 next month, it is a little hard to picture him at 15... Many blessings1
