So, I'm trying to make exercise a more conscious choice.
Did the stairs again at work. Seven flights down. Total of ten (10) flights up. I actually took a break during the day just to go up and down the stairs, AND IT FELT GOOD!
During one of the "short" 2 flights, my boss and another girl were going up the elevator-I think I was getting off (to walk up the final 2 flights) as they were getting on, and they were very surprised to see that I beat them to the top. (a bit out of breath, but IT FELT GOOD!)
I also parked much further away from the grocery store than I usually do so I could get the extra walking in, AND IT FELT GOOD!
It's getting easier, and I feel like I'm accomplishing something. I'm feeling a little better about myself, too.
