running outside + Sweet tooth...

So today was supposed to be sunny outside.....but as it turns out it was all coldness!!! I was debating the whole time while i was at work, weather i wanted to go to the gym and run....or go outside and run. Finally i came down to my decision and decided to give it a whirl outside. Its ALOT different running outside then inside (especially when its chilly outside) my chest gets all tight and i felt breathless at times when it came to my recovery period of a 30 second walk. I went 4 times around our block (and im not quite sure what that equals out to in miles yet) But for me i thought 4 was enough considering how i was currently feeling.
As far as my eating habits go...today was kind of a bad day. lately i have been trying to avoid a lot of sweets at one time. I mean i have not giving them up entirely i just like to eat them in MODERATION. I have been craving nothing but sweet sugar and salt ALL DAY! So finally after dinner i couldnt help myself....i had a few girlscout cookies (only 4 total) but i know that was way to much for me.....but unfourtanatly i couldnt help it! Did it satisfy me? yes it did. But i know i can no longer have any more.
As far as my pop craving goes, i havnt had one in a looonnnggg time. I have yet to taste a pop in almost 3 months! This is starting to become a record for me! water tea and coffee have become my closest friends and i refuse to give up when im so close to getting towards my goal weight! i have not had a pop in 66 days and counting!
OH! and other good news!!! my body media fit has been shipped!!! FINALLY!!!! IM SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! CANT WAIT!!!! :)
