Blew off swimming to watch Fantastic Four with my husband. I had to promise him I'd ride my bike. I did 30 minutes on the bike.
Still have to do my video - not sure what it will be but I will. I'll update my blog when I'm done.
Nutrition - stayed within my calorie range.
Planning another quilt - this one is paper piece scrap quilt. I plan to use batiks fat quarters I had bought months ago. I'll have to go through my stash to see if I have any more batiks to add to the pile.
An old favorite - can't get my kicks up too high but I really like the routine
