#5 New Healthy Habit: A Day Off

I gave myself permission to have a food day off. The only requirement is to track every thing I eat in SP tracker. No matter how bad the numbers look. I accounted for everything.

Well I did not do to bad. I enjoyed my meals however it was not what I thought it would be nor did I get the satisfaction I imaged I would when I was planning the food choice I decision on.

But that is the way it is. This day just confirmed what I forgot. I get much more satisfaction from eating foods that not only good for my body, they are also peaceful on my emotions and mood.

    I'm starting to feel that way too and it's a great feeling. Getting rid if the hold that food has over us is amazing emoticon

    Good habits, so true, I had lunch with friends today and received the comment "boy you sure have changed your eating habits". LOL

    Totally agree. Once your body gets used to the good stuff it lets you know that it doesn't much like the other junk.
