#5 New Healthy Habit: A Day Off

I gave myself permission to have a food day off. The only requirement is to track every thing I eat in SP tracker. No matter how bad the numbers look. I accounted for everything.
Well I did not do to bad. I enjoyed my meals however it was not what I thought it would be nor did I get the satisfaction I imaged I would when I was planning the food choice I decision on.
But that is the way it is. This day just confirmed what I forgot. I get much more satisfaction from eating foods that not only good for my body, they are also peaceful on my emotions and mood.
