I wish I had more time to blog but I've been super busy with work. Now that I've hired an intern/assistant things should settle down for at least a little while. Aside working out consistently, my other goal for march is to blog at least twice a week. So it goes...
I've decided to do another round of Ripped in 30. As much as Jillian's "therapy rants" annoy me, I love her workouts. I've also been incorporating workouts from the ToneitUp.com girls, Karena and Katrina. I love them and are a huge inspiration!
