Marching In... [With Pics ;) ]

Hey Sparkies!

I wish I had more time to blog but I've been super busy with work. Now that I've hired an intern/assistant things should settle down for at least a little while. Aside working out consistently, my other goal for march is to blog at least twice a week. So it goes...

I've decided to do another round of Ripped in 30. As much as Jillian's "therapy rants" annoy me, I love her workouts. I've also been incorporating workouts from the girls, Karena and Katrina. I love them and are a huge inspiration!

    HEY CHICKIE!!! How are you? How are the hubby and baby!11???

    I'm SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU BACK ON! Well, "semi" on anyways. ;) I'm the same way. Ever since my promotion back in September I've been working non-stop...totally threw me off my workout schedule. BUT things are starting to even out now--or I finally found my groove--anyways. ;)

    Ripped in 30 is a Jillian Michaels workout. It's about 35min (including warm up and cool down), four different workouts (3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio, 1 min of abs), for four weeks. My last day for week one is tomorrow. woohoo!! I also do routines found on TONEITUP.COM. I love them!

    Ok..enough of my babble. We should do weekly check-ins! Keep my ass accountable. ;)
