So far so good today. I haven't eaten anything I shoudn't. I am stuck in my office doing report cards so that is a bigger deal than you may realize. I'm tired and leaving for home and dinner shortly. I plan to have a Healthy Choice frozen meal and go to bed before I'm tempted to eat anything else. I hope you all had a successful day and are headed for a satisfying weigh in day.

    Are you doing a formal challenge?
I am doing a 30-day challenge anchored by MELTEAGUE for March 1-30.
We did first day weight and measurements, then take stats again in 15 and 30 days.
It is a nutrition, exercise and motivation challenge.
So, Day 8 for me. So far only one faux pas
I find it helps to eat some protein with freggie snacks, otherwise I get hungrier even if the freggies are bulky.
That's awesome your daughter is cooking you healthy dinners, and it is nice for her that you come by as her DH is away.

    I ate some extra cereals but I have like 3 or 4000 extra calories burned so I should be fine

    Great job staying on track today. I know that working on Report Cards is probably stressful but you are doing great and that is all that matters. I have had a better day as far as eating goes but still no exercise in yet so I need to get something done.

    I had a dr. Pepper at lunch after carrying it in my lunch box every day this week! I added a new fitness counting song to our day and the kids love, love, love the change.
