Unsure

Thursday, March 07, 2013

I'm unsure of how I feel right this moment.
In the last hour we've discovered 2 family members passed away.
One my MIL's cousin who died last month
the other my husband's second cousin (on his father's side of the family) who died a week ago.
We have not been in touch with ether family for years (not that we didn't try)
but thought at lest family members would have let us know so we could show our respect.
I think mostly I'll just concentrate on how my MIL feels and take care of her, I know this hurt her feelings.

So sorry for the losses of your family members. I have had the same happen to me a couple times and doesn't feel too good to be left out of the loop.
Just hang in there and concentrate on what really matters right now-like what you said about your MIL. emoticon

Send a sympathy note and mention that you just found out. It is not too late to express your sympathy. If you are interested in reconnecting, even in a small way, this might be a good time. emoticon

These kinds of things hurt so much, so just being there for your MIL is important. emoticon
