*Girl who wants to lose weight says to me, "well I cut out meats, I stay away from bananas, and basically just eat grapefruit and cottage cheese. I can't give up dairy. I also stopped eating fruit at night." I wonder what she would say if she knew I ate two bananas before class and then had fruit salad for dessert...
*Guys walking on the treadmill behind me say "Well what do you eat for breakfast?" Guy 2 replies, "I don't eat breakfast." Guy 1 "Well you should. I eat my rolled oats every day." Guy 1 " I eat chicken, beer, and steak."
Hmmmm....somehow I don't think that is a dinner of champions, but you never know. Maybe that is why my two pounds is hanging around. I eat too much fruit and not enough beer and steak.
Looking forward to the weekend!!!! Bring it on! Must just get through tomorrow!
