RECIPE for Gluten & Wheat-Free whole grain QUINOA

emoticon emoticon I tried whole grain QUINOA (keen-wah) last night for the first time! Have you ever tried it? It is GLUTEN/ WHEAT-FREE and I quite liked it. I've heard it was highly nutritious and good for you. Here's the recipe I tried:

Quinoa with Toasted Almonds and Cranberries (78 calories per serving!)

    Thanks for the recipe! I've been looking for new recipes that use quinoa, but can't find anything that looks tasty. I also tried low-fat feta and roasted chicken with cooked quinoa. =)
