I tried whole grain QUINOA (keen-wah) last night for the first time! Have you ever tried it? It is GLUTEN/ WHEAT-FREE and I quite liked it. I've heard it was highly nutritious and good for you. Here's the recipe I tried:
Quinoa with Toasted Almonds and Cranberries (78 calories per serving!)
