Thursday. evening before week 8 official weight-in.

I had a great day today. went to the gym for the 3rd time this week. (Monday wednesday and today) add to that the 10km walk on Sunday I'd say I've been pretty good fitness wise. Food was different. I didn't track at all Saturday, Sunday, Monday and on Tuesday I had fries!. Good thing I received my bodymedia Tuesday . I started wearing it as soon as it was charged.
Since then I have been tracking my food properly on the bodymedia software. I am too lazy to track it on both Spark and Bodymedia! Good thing I don't have to track exercises anymore.
So I don't know what to expect on the scale tomorrow. I've been more active but didn't eat that well... Either way I will be proud of myself for being active and having gone to the gym so often.
Over all I think it was a good week even if the scale goes up tomorrow.
