Healthy Habit part #6 - What advice or motivation help do I need?

Through this week’s blogs on developing or strengthening a healthy habit, many of you have made suggestions and shared tips and encouragement on how to get enough F&V servings each day. I’ve certainly appreciated everyone’s comments and suggestions.
Any other tips are always welcome! Other than that, I don’t think I really have any other specific advice on this subject that I could ask for. Hmm….I guess I do know where to ask when I do though!
