I finally stayed under my calories for nutrition so proud of me. I find looking at how many carbs fat and protein I am taking in makes a big difference! Why they were serving whole wheat waffles and juice at the YMCA today is beyond me I ate 1/4 of a waffle my only bread today and only enriched white I am getting there slowly but surely!
