I'm always on my team about no excuses. I've been slacking on walking (its cold) and doing any other activities. To spark things up I'm doing an ab and butt challenge. Working my way up to 300 squats and 100 Sits / day!!! I'm excited. House is stock with fresh goodies to keep me accountable for my diet.
Finished today's challenge!!!
50 Squats & 10 Sit-ups
Tomorrow's Challenge~ 55 Squats & 15 Sit-Ups!!! ;)
