Yesterday was the second time back to the trainer. She stepped it up a bit.
On the agenda - 3 sets of 7 exercises:
Burpees to Overhead Press
Lunges with Bicep Curls
Physio Ball Pass Off
High Plank to Renegade Rows
Squat to Kettlebell Row
I nailed it! Was
buckets! It felt great and I slept like a log last night.
Today I did a kickboxing DVD at home.
On other news, hubby and I signed up for a 5K in our town at the end of April. I am going to start training for it next week. My time for the last one I did was 43:43. I want to beat that!
No change on the scale this week. I think the sodium from eating out is doing me in. Next week is our official mid-point weigh in so I have to be extra good this weekend. I hope my team mate is doing the same.
