I doing TurboFire again...I think this is the 3 time. I just cannot get enough of it. It is my favorite workout to do! So I have my first week done. I am doing the Fire Starter Schedule...90 days of me sweating to the most awesome music...Yeah Baby!
So this first week was pretty good. It seemed a little easy to me because there were the workouts of Fire Starter which is just showing you the moves but that is what the schedule said to do so I did and I am glad I did because it is good sometimes to just take a step back and relearn things again. Fire Starter goes slower so you can really concentrate on your form and I noticed the day after Fire Starter that my form the next day was really a lot better. So all in all I am glad I did the Fire Starter.
But I have big goals for my body so on Monday I am adding in Brazil Butt Lift! Back to my two a day workouts. I am going to start getting up a t 5 am to do workout #1 before the kids get up and workout #2 will be around 8 am after I drop off my youngest to school. So I should have both workouts done before 9 am and then my work day can begin. I am updating my website, connecting with people on social media, blogging, video blogging and of course cleaning house a bit here and there.
Week one was great! Week 2 will be even better!
