Today, I faced the reality of the scale. The past few weeks I found the pound or two I had lost. What to do? I just kept tracking, kept moving and believed somehow the scale would eventually move. With dread in my heart, and the memory of the flat bread pizza from the night before in my tummy, I faced the scale. Much to my surprise, the pound I had lost and found had vanished and I even lost a little bit more. Sometimes facing our fears is the very best thing we can do. Spark on everyone!
