My WW weigh in was down two tenths of a pound. I will hope for a bigger loss next week and continue with what I have been doing.
Today the topic was planning ahead and we used some WW books to plan our lunch. I actually went to Subway and had a roasted chicken six inch sub with a slice of American cheese and a teaspoon of lite mayo which is about 9 to 10 WW points. I am not sure how many calories that would be but I suppose about 400. I will track it here on Spark and see.
