Oh Well!

Thursday, March 07, 2013

My WW weigh in was down two tenths of a pound. I will hope for a bigger loss next week and continue with what I have been doing.
Today the topic was planning ahead and we used some WW books to plan our lunch. I actually went to Subway and had a roasted chicken six inch sub with a slice of American cheese and a teaspoon of lite mayo which is about 9 to 10 WW points. I am not sure how many calories that would be but I suppose about 400. I will track it here on Spark and see.

I'm studying the WW books like crazy...coming up with some super ideas. For my lunch I chose a tossed salad, a few assorted nuts sprinkled over it, and 3 oz of tuna...was so good I had it 2 days in a row. Keep Sparkin'!!!

There is nothing like planning ahead, whether it's food or spending, or even going on a vacation.

Subway has nutrition brochures inside their shops. I love Subway. Planning is great and a loss is progress.

Have a great weekend,

I almost had Subway for lunch too, same sub, minus the American cheese. I saw it's $3 this month.

Gail, Hang in there; a loss is a loss! Remember, I got to goal losing only 1-2 pounds a month. They add up! I think you're doing great. Start watching for NSV's. emoticon
