Motivation! Day 6

Surprisingly easier to get those minutes in. Tried walking on the treadmill with a good book, lasted longer, maybe a little slower but steady. Then outside to walk with the dogs again.
Read my Spark Friends blogs, get motivated, go walk some more - YES - I need motivation.
Wish I had some that I could pull out when I need it - oh I do! lol, called Spark Friends.

    I used to listen to my music when I was on the treadmill. Now I have the eliptical in front of my bedroom window and watch the birds while listening to my music. Time goes much quicker and its more interesting. Don't think I could read at the same time as walking. A Kindle is on my dream list, but I will make do with the MP3 player for now.LOL!
