I started this year off with a bang. Lost weight and inches like there was no tomorrow. The end of February rolled around and I started slacking. I quit exercising as much and started to slip back into my old ways. Luckily I have not gained any weight. But I feel like crap. I am being lazy and not wanting to do anything. I am always tired again. Funny, because before I started to act like this I stopped being as active in the SparkPeople community. So today I decided that I am going to become more active and blog daily. Track my food and read others blogs for more inspiration.
I am giving myself a huge goal. To lose 11.5 pounds by April 1. I think I can do it. I just have to work at it and be really diligent about my workouts. My personal goals are much higher than those that are recommended. But right now I need a good kick in the butt and 5% is just what I need.
