I am trying to get down and do my WO a little earlier but
it still has not happened. I feel so good today! I am a little sore
from 2 days YES 2 days of yoga, on my way to the 3rd. It's a good
sore, I feel like I'm working some muscles that have been dormant
for too long. I have missed it, and it's nice to do it again!
I'm not pushing myself and the balls of my feet are really burning so
I really need to figure it out. The balls of my feet look FAT
so I'm thinking maybe when the weight starts coming off
they will feel better :) OK OFF I GO!
