three days!

I am trying to get down and do my WO a little earlier but
it still has not happened. I feel so good today! I am a little sore
from 2 days YES 2 days of yoga, on my way to the 3rd. It's a good
sore, I feel like I'm working some muscles that have been dormant
for too long. I have missed it, and it's nice to do it again!
I'm not pushing myself and the balls of my feet are really burning so
I really need to figure it out. The balls of my feet look FAT
so I'm thinking maybe when the weight starts coming off
they will feel better :) OK OFF I GO!

    My feet kill me, especially in the morning.
    Yay for you for doing yoga. I used to have a yoga practice for about 4 or 5 years.....until I lost all of my flexibility and balance from the PsA. Now it's just impossible for me.. I have a book that is wonderful, called, Yoga for People with Arthritis. It shows you how to modify moves and what moves you should not do under any circumstances. Great Resource.

    Great job! I hope the discomfort goes away. When I lost about 50 lbs, my feet got smaller/thinner. I was able to go down a shoe size. I remember looking at my feet one day thinking they didn't look like mine! I could REALLY see a difference.

    thanks, I tried putting weight on the outside on one pose and then on the inside on another, it helped a little. But I can tell it's getting better. It might have had something to do with some shoes I wore last Saturday. TOO HIGH and I walked through the mall with them on and my feet were sore. They are just such cute shoes, ughhh, I was reading as you get older your shoe style must change....:( I might have to give that some thought.

    Gosh, I need to work out again, but I also need another twelve hours a day. Hope your heels feel better

    My feet hurt a lot when I first started working out, especially with yoga. Not sure why. But they don't hurt as much now, I barely even notice it. I hope it gets that way for you too!
