So update on my goals. I do really good on eating breakfast for like three to four days and than i stop. I have no idea why i think i'm bored with what we have to eat so maybe i need to go and buy some of my own things. Going to bed on time is no problem 2 am is the time i made a contract with my dad and if i don't go to bed on time i have to pay him money so problem is solved. Getting up on time is not solved i have only gotten up on time like once this week. So that is a work in progress.
My mirror challenge has gone okay not great i look quickly at myself and pick something i like about myself a day. This one will be an on going challenge.
So their are my updates. Alright my Friend CandyCane2B asked to here my story of my weight loss so far so here it goes. I cut back on bad stuff i don't eat food past 7 o'clock most nights. I track everything i eat. I weigh in once a week. My journey has been amazing i was just thinking the other night that i am so proud of myself that is the first time i can honestly say I feel proud of myself. I am making changes that i never thought i could make. I have much better self esteem than i have ever had in my life. I don't get down on myself like i use too. That is due to all my great sparkfriends thanks so much for being their for me. and believing in me even when i don't.
