Update with journey story mixed in

So update on my goals. I do really good on eating breakfast for like three to four days and than i stop. I have no idea why i think i'm bored with what we have to eat so maybe i need to go and buy some of my own things. Going to bed on time is no problem 2 am is the time i made a contract with my dad and if i don't go to bed on time i have to pay him money so problem is solved. Getting up on time is not solved i have only gotten up on time like once this week. So that is a work in progress.

My mirror challenge has gone okay not great i look quickly at myself and pick something i like about myself a day. This one will be an on going challenge.

So their are my updates. Alright my Friend CandyCane2B asked to here my story of my weight loss so far so here it goes. I cut back on bad stuff i don't eat food past 7 o'clock most nights. I track everything i eat. I weigh in once a week. My journey has been amazing i was just thinking the other night that i am so proud of myself that is the first time i can honestly say I feel proud of myself. I am making changes that i never thought i could make. I have much better self esteem than i have ever had in my life. I don't get down on myself like i use too. That is due to all my great sparkfriends thanks so much for being their for me. and believing in me even when i don't.

    Woo Hoo Julie! You need to write this success story somewhere so you can be reminded daily of how far you have come. It hard to see your progress when it's so gradual but when you step back and look at the big picture it's amazing! We love you GIRL! Don't give up! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks so much for telling your story and what has helped you to successfully lose the weight you've lost already. I am trying to log every BLT, but am not very consistent at it yet. But I've been doing a pretty good job this last week! I do weigh myself everyday, but log it on SP once a week on Wednesdays. As far as eating late at night, I am cutting back on what I eat at supper with the family and eat real small portions and that's helping me a lot! I guess the self esteem will come later...

I really appreciate your friendship and how encouraging you are to me! I know I can do it, because you're doing it!!!

If you don't like eating breakfast why don't you get a variety of things you can eat. Have a selection of different cereals etc. Maybe eggs/mushrooms/tomatoes, toast sometimes....? Yoghurts - grapefruit - something different every day for a week! :-)
