Today the assignment on my Challenge team healthy blog is to ask others for advice and help as I seek to make changes to my current spark plan. I am working on changing up my exercise to see if I can get out of my exercise rut. I love to ride my exercise bike and I am trying to add in intervals to this routine as well as doing some walking and would love some other aerobic ideas from my spark friends. I have fibromyalgia and back problems and so low impact exercise is all that my health allows. If you have some ideas for things that you do that would add variety to my current routine, I would love to hear them.
I am also seeking to increase my fiber and lower my fat intake levels in my diet. I have celiac disease and so some grains are off limits and so I currently eat gluten free oats daily and am trying to increase my intake of fruit and veggies. Daily salads and raspberry smoothies help with this. Any other ideas you have to share with me would be much appreciated.
