I didn't feel too good yesterday and did not get out and walk but I did eat my veggies and fruit, about 4 servings. I am still motivated but I am coming down with a cold or something. I only walked for 15 minutes today and that was pushing myself.
My motivation comes from SP, and wanting to be an active part of this challenge. I hated not being able to log any "air miles" yesterday, but I did blog and gave feedback to other members. these challenges really get me out of the house even if it is only for 15 or 30 minutes:)
