How Am I Doing, Day To Day ?

My establishing an earlier bed-time is going fairly well !
I feel that keeping my workout schedule the same keeps me
"grounded", and helps me believe that all things are possible -
even an earlier bed-time !

    I am a night owl too. I often run on too few hours of sleep. The issue has been compounded by the dreaded M and the hotflashes that come with it. It seems I only have them at night. They do seem to becoming less frequently so hopefully they will soon be a thing of the past.
