5) What can you improve upon? Not being lazy! my laziness and excuse making rule my life!! they hold me back!
6) Do you need some motivation or advice? Ask for it!
I think I have plenty of motivation. I don't want to be fat. I know I need to lose weight and be healthy. I want/NEED to be around for as long as I can be for my daughter. I just don't know what is holding me back from getting off my ass and exercising!!!!

Being lazy is common to the natural man. But love of God, self and others can get you over the hump of inertia. I'm praying for you Brandi. I know that

I think it's that inertia thing I wrote about. Once we both get moving we will be unstoppable.

I see that one of your sparkfriends is recommending the book Made to Crave! I just finished reading that book last month and it was great! I fight the same issue with laziness that you do. Maybe we can motivate each other :). emoticon

You can do it! I'm like you, I can be extremely lazy and not want to do it! But it always feels good after you do it! You're doing great!

I understand from a personal experience of what you say. Come join us on The Steadfastly Determined as we look at the book "Made to Crave" together in search of answers to that very issue. emoticon emoticon
