Limitations Revisited

I decided to do a smoothie day (nothing but good nutrients blended into smoothies for each meal), and take some ibuprofen (which I hate to do). I watched some hoop videos and ended up picking up my hoop. I'm ridiculously excited about my improvements, especially since I'm not feeling so great today. I am, however, feeling a lot better after my hoop practice. Might post a video of my progress tomorrow. For now, smiling and feeling good. Nothing feels better than fit and progress. Sometimes, you need to rest. Sometimes, it pays to press on.
