New Information shedding light

Hi guys,

I have found new information after testing of ye ole blood

and have found why I was the way I was. I have been

eating too much sugar and other foods that are not good

for me. These foods have left me sluggish and tired

and that combined with lack of exercise and there ya go.

I am back on the wagon and have been for 2 days. Eating a

hybrid diet for both high blood sugar (pre diabetic)

and high triglycerides as well as borderline cholesterol.

All of these have helped me to hone my foods to eat and

not to eat. I had oatmeal for example with no sugar just

a few apple slices for breakfast with a single cup of coffee

with very little creamer(non dairy) and I feel so much

more awake. To also help with motivation and depression

I am back on my welbutrin and a small doze of cholesterol

medicine to boost my getting it all straightened out.

I start back to work today on a construction job this afternoon

and the cabin as soon as weather permits.

curl 60 pounds each arm 10 times(40 now,60- 5 times)__ TBD ,meal out!
Pushups 5 reps 1 kid on back__ New Everlast shirt and shorts/joggers
Pushups 10 reps 1 kid on back__ Day off workout/and calories count
Pushups 5 reps 2 kids on back __ 3 days of rest from strength training!






Life is Great and God is Greater for Strength , my family

,children and Amazing wife , my spark friends , spark teams ,

many material and other blessing in my life and The ability to

get up period !! !!

    Keep that spark of motivation to change things and not become a diabetic. I am fighting the same battle-so many of us are-but this is something WE have the power to control and change.

    CHRIS.............. SO GLAD YOU FOUND THE PROBLEM............. I'VE HAD DIABETES FOR YEARS AND HAVE TO TAKE INSULIN..... BUT BEFORE I KNEW I HAD I WAS ALWAYS TIRED AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS TOO HIGH........ NOW YOUR READY TO GET BACK ON TRACK......... SOUNDS LIKE YOUR ALREADY DOING GREAT.......... STICK WITH IT MY FRIEND...... YOU WILL FEEL SO GOOD ONCE EVERYTHING IS ON POINT......... DON'T DROP OUT OF SITE THIS TIME....... I'VE MISSED YOU AND YOUR BLOGS. emoticon

    Darned sugar! I went a month without it and when I stupidly ate some, it was like I lost all my senses; can't smell anything or see anything! I hope we both just get it out of our systems.

    I hope the new changes are just what you need. I try to avoid sugar as well.
