I have found new information after testing of ye ole blood
and have found why I was the way I was. I have been
eating too much sugar and other foods that are not good
for me. These foods have left me sluggish and tired
and that combined with lack of exercise and there ya go.
I am back on the wagon and have been for 2 days. Eating a
hybrid diet for both high blood sugar (pre diabetic)
and high triglycerides as well as borderline cholesterol.
All of these have helped me to hone my foods to eat and
not to eat. I had oatmeal for example with no sugar just
a few apple slices for breakfast with a single cup of coffee
with very little creamer(non dairy) and I feel so much
more awake. To also help with motivation and depression
I am back on my welbutrin and a small doze of cholesterol
medicine to boost my getting it all straightened out.
I start back to work today on a construction job this afternoon
and the cabin as soon as weather permits.
