How am I doing and improving

I've done strength two times now and the "potty" up everyday. Today at TOPS I gained 3 lbs. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten those three helpings of mac cheese and ground beef last night. I've got to make changes some where I haven't been over 200 in three years.

    A favorite of mine too. I measure out my lunches I bring and my breakfast for the most part. It at least gives me a good start for the day, even if I eat more stupid stuff later in the day :)

    Portion control is a very big part of this journey,maybe look up what is a proper portion size on S/P and go from there.

    Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful things to happen, not in the future but right now. Realize that nothing is too good. Allow absolutely nothing to hamper you or hold you up in any way.

    I eat very healthy everything. I never eat out . I never eat prepackaged food. But even healthy food needs portion control . I love to eat. That is also my problem. I look up calories first and track it so I know what is going to cost me before I eat. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I was over 200 in January - it didn't feel right. But the math is surprisingly easy, and works. Just keep going and eat well, mostly plants!
