I didn't get a chance to run outside last night. After we ate dinner, I felt a bit tired. So I went to lay down and I never got back up. That's right, I fell asleep around 7:30pm and I didn't wake up until 4am. I guess my body needed to rest and it took it. I was a bit disappointed that I slept so long and was unable to get my workout in before the end of the day. But, I am not giving up. I am going to get a workout in tonight.
