Was certain I was going to screw up the streak! I had a meeting after work that ran 2 hours so by the time I got home I was really tired but I made myself put on the workout clothes and rode the bike for 35 minutes and then 10 minutes of marching in place to get my 10,000 steps. I was exhausted when I went to bed but slept really well. I'm very proud of myself because I would normally have said just screw it and let myself off the hook but not this time!!! Yeah me!
