End of Week 4 - Sleep Challenge

Well, after a short hiatus I have returned to complete my Better Sleep Challenge. I have learned a lot: bedtime routine, wake up even on the weekends, and especially stay consistent. I think that has been the hardest for me. I just like to stay up late...however, with routine it is helping. Additionally, I discovered I really can't watch TV just before or while I'm trying to go to sleep. I'm not really in to music but I do have a devotional on my phone through Gateway which I listen to at night. I like it and it is usually only about 10 minutes long. Otherwise, I just need to start going to bed at a decent time. I am waking up better on most days which is another plus. Overall, this was a very helpful challenge that I will need to continue to work on but the progress has been good. emoticon
