I read about how to reduce snacks to 100 calories. As far as sharing food, my husband and I share a chicken breast and 1/2 a baked potato along with a vegetable. When we eat out I always cut my meal in half and take home the other half. Usually my husband eats the other half for lunch and I have my usual turkey (90 cals. an whole grain bread (220 cals.)
Snacks are my problem. When I was 20 pounds lighter I didn't eat any snacks except for an apple. That changed -- big time. Now I am motivated to do better! Hope that motivation doesn't drop.
