One of the questions on the blog assignment was "What New Habit do you Wish to Develop?"
I guess my new habit is minimizing the old habits.
My brothere-in-law lost over 50 pounds by portion control. (Not sure about exercise.) I want that too. I realize exercise is important so I have started up again. I also realize that the type and more important the quantity of food is also very important.
I have slowed down a lot on eating cookies and peanut butter. I dropped a couple of pounds this morning so hopefully it is working.
I enjoy using the Spark planner. It lets me anticipate the calories I will be eating for a particular meal. I can then adjust the rest of the day so I don't go over.
