Goodbye, Flu, I Won't Miss You

I think it's gone. Oh, I'm still coughing a little. But the big news is that I exercised for the first time in nearly two weeks, and it felt good. I only did ten minutes, but I did both strength and cardio. I will get back into my routine. I am going to try for eight glasses of water, too. I've been less hungry and thirsty than usual, so today is going to be my entrance back into healthy eating, drinking and exercise.
