So day 1 of my doc's new eating plan is done. I made one little modification-IOW, I ate one thing I shouldn't have. It wasn't bad-just a Fiber 1 brownie. I was hungry and did not have my black beans in the house. This will change for tonight! I'm not even worrying about that little slip. It was a conscious decision and I'm on a clean slate today.
So far so good. I have the kids tonight and have to figure out the dreaded question . . . WHAT'S FOR DINNER, MOMMY? I was drawing a blank, but now I'm thinking we'll have breakfast for dinner! I have tons of eggs, some turkey bacon, and several frozen tomatoes. I can grab a can of black beans from the store, too. Then I'll make Brazillian black beans with tomatoes and scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. That doesn't even feel like diet food!
I'll steam some broccoli to go on the side 'cause my youngest loves it and so do I. Easy peasy.
All it takes is tons of planning. lol
