Day 6: Motivation.

What is going to keep me motivated to continue with ST.
Knowing that to see results I have to put in the work. Seeing my body shape change will keep going.
When I get stuck I have all the 5 % challenge community to ask for advice.

    Here is a little motivation for you also. I am not sure if you know it or not. When you do cardio your metabolism is boosted for a couple of hours. When you do ST your metabolism is boosted for FORTY EIGHT hours. FORTY EIGHT of them. I found that out yesterday by my Personal Trainer. I think that is pretty awesome blossom! :)
