Today is Day 2
Yesterday was a bit of a rough start since I couldn't seem to control my eating. I did, however, track everything and was about 500+ calories over the top of my range. UUGGHHH! I always seem to want to eat way more than the calories allow.
I also did not wake up this morning to go to the gym since we were "suppose" to get snow overnight and I thought the gym would not be open but when I woke up at 5:30pm to get ready for work, it was clear. So I'll go to the gym at work and stay there a bit longer to get in some ab work.
Tonight I'm going to go see my friends daughter in her high school play. She is so talented! I can't wait. Last week I told her I would go to dinner afterwards with them but I cancelled that. I've been alcohol free now for 3 nights (tonight is the 4th) and I don't want any temptations with that or with eating bad.
The scale went down 2 pounds from yesterday. I think I must have been retaining some water but it's still up from my lowest so I'm still set on this mission of losing weight.
I ordered the Jillian Michael's Revolution yesterday!!! I can't wait until it comes! Typically I would have said I couldn't afford it but my husband just made a pretty big purchase of $350.00 without even consulting me so I figure the $154.00 for the exercise dvd/program isn't so bad.
There is birthday cake today at the office
I'm going to try with all my willpower not to eat it. Please don't let it be Red Velvet!!!
Tomorrow is my husbands birthday but since it's Lent, no meat on Friday's, I'm going to make him a really nice lobster tail (or two). He's not a big cake eater so I'll try to figure out something healthier to stick a candle in.
My goal today is to:

Eat Healthy

Run 4 miles

Do an Ab Routine

And check out some Kettle Ball DVDs on Amazon

Met my goal of Blogging today!
