Gluten Free Day 3

So not much new to report. I'm finding my resolve to do this waning as I'm not seeing/feeling a difference. I know that I'm eating less processed stuff because I don't want to pay the price of the gluten free versions. Food cravings are actually getting worse. Chocolate chip cookies in particular. Maybe I need to cut out the processed food but allow for moderation of somethings. I don't know. Sometimes I just feel confused in general.

  Cutting out the processed food is probably a better idea and easier to live with in the long run. When you give up the processed food you are getting rid of a lot of extra flavor enhancers that you don't need. They contain too much sodium, sugar, fat, and preservatives. If a product has more than five ingredients, it's too processed. It's one of the things I learned in reading Fat Chance. The closer a food is to it's natural state, the better it is for you. I have been doing this for a couple of weeks and I feel better and have started to lose weight again. I would be hit by periods where I would just fall asleep if I sat down. That isn't happening now. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
