Yes, you heard correctly. I am wearing very tight jeans that give me a muffin top. Now, don't worry, people cannot see this. Due to it being so cold inside and out, my fleece jacket covers it up. But you are probably wondering why. I mean, who wears muffin top jeans and is proud to blog about it?
When I woke up today, feeling excited about another .4 pound drop, I looked at these jeans. They have been sitting on my dresser for quite some time, just because I was too ashamed to even try to make them fit. I knew my weight had gone up, but now, going on my third day today, I was wearing them. These jeans are to remind me of where I have came from, and where I am going. Mark my words, in a month, these jeans will fit better. I SWEAR by it!!
As for my plan, its going really well! To not have think about the calories, as in the physical number, during the day is helping A LOT. It's become a game to see how I did at the end of the night. Both nights now I have been under calories. That means I get to have a snack!
Last night I was very low, like 400 calories under, but did have dinner yet. So I get to eat something yummy! Chips and dip! And, to talk about a NSV, I measured out the dip and chips. Usually I just binge and eat the WHOLE JAR. Yes, you read the correctly. Proud of myself right there. Chips and dip is one of the biggest trigger foods I have, so I am happy.
And, I did go to the gym last night. Whoop Whoop! I had a couple of errands to do, so didn't get there til 6:30. Really liked that. Wasn't as busy, so I didn't so uncomfortable. I jumped on the treadmill in the womens room. One day I will ge to the big room, one day. Also averaged a 12 minute mile! Woo wee! I have finally found a walk/run interval I can handle. 3 minutes running at a 5.0-5.4 mph speed.. then 2 minutes walking around 3.6-3.9. Works out good for me, and I feel it.
Tonight is more treadmill. Thinking around 2.5 miles, and a warm up on the elipitcal. Also, legs day. I need help though, other then squats and lunges what are some more exercises for the leg/butt area?! I have dumbells, so give me some ideas! Please?
