So as I kind of explained yesterday, Tuesday night was kind of hectic and I did not get a lot of sleep. I was really dragging most of the day and was so tired I felt like I was going to faint. For what ever reason, whenever I'm really tired, my food choices get a little bizarre. I ate really good all day leading up to dinner. My dinner then consisted of a banana, 7 honey pretzel twists, 2 granola bars (90 cal a piece), and half a bag of garlic parm croutons. That's right, my main calorie source for dinner was croutons. All things considering, this was probably one of my healthier binges and my calorie count for the day was still 1500. It's progress I suppose, but bizarre!
On a good note, after going to bed at 9:30pm and lounging in bed till almost 7:30, I feel a little more rested! I still feel a little groggy and have hopes that once I start working on my hormone issues, that it will help the tiredness!
And on the best note, the weather is beautiful for the rest of the week which means outdoor skating after work! I always just assumed that there wasn't enough day light out after work to get a good skate in, but monday night I got a complete hour in and probably could have fit another 15 minutes in. Not to mention I'm going to gain an hour for daylight savings this weekend! I was in some of the best shape of my life when I was getting 90+ miles of skating a week in. I'm really looking forward to all of the skating.
I would also like to note that my boyfriend's grandma has survived another night and is quite the fighter!
