I was going to write this last week but just didn't have time. I am still amazed that a good workout can overcome so many things. Early in the week I was just not feeling right. Little aches and pains here and there. Nothing major, just blah. Still, I would convince myself to get to the gym and at least get in a short workout. And once I get started, all those little aches and pains go away and that short workout ends up being an hour and a half or two hours. You just have to overcome that activation energy and then its all downhill from there!
