So "Week One" down and I am down 1.2 pounds. Not bad!! I wanted it to be more because I felt that I was tracking really really well but I have to get over that and enjoy what I achieved and keep going. Improve more on the exercising. I didn't do as much as I wanted but I know I am watching my back. I did by an exercise ball to have at home so I can do the exercises that I do at the chiropractor at home too. Just one more thing that I don't have an excuse to give.
I am going to stick with WW for a while just because I really like my leader and I think once I get my momentum going I think I can use both at different times to motivate me. I find tracking right now on SP more interesting but that is because I have been tracking on WW for a year - SP is new again. But it was interesting to see the Carbs, Fats, Proteins again. I was happy to see for the most part I am eating in the guidelines - so it really is just tracking all the time - and getting in the exercise.
So on to Week 2. I am down a total of 10.2 on WW so my next Mini goal is 4.8. I want to get to 15 and it will get my into Onderland too. So here we go!!
