Over the last three months, I have noticed several things about me.
The more I center my life on weight loss and the scale, the more
unhappy and obsessive I become.
Several years ago, I followed the Dr. Andrew Weil program with great
success (25 pounds lost plus much less inflamation, etc.) I pulled his books
out last weekend, and become even more convinced that my focus should be
on becoming healthier, not on becoming lighter.
So far today, I have changed the focus of my program on SparkPeople,
changed my goal focus and eliminated most of my "teams".
I kept 1 main team, one that really motivates me and has succeeded in getting
me to post daily cause I want to and feel a kinship to them.
I will post a more extensive goal page for myself a little later today to re-vamp
my program according to my new focus. One thing that works very well
for me is a goal list with "check-off lists" to remind me of what to do
daily. I want to balance my life, so it will be based on several areas of my
life, not just weight loss.

Additional considerations (sauna, ?massage, flowers, music, breathing, news fasts, vitamins, soy, air purifyer, , gratitude)
